Interior Health says anyone who was at the pub at the Coldwater Hotel in Merritt between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Saturday September 19 may have been exposed to COVID-19.
In a statement, IHA says it is asking people who were at the pub during this time to self-monitor for symptoms and to get tested if symptoms begin to develop.
“Public health contact tracing is underway and, where possible, [we are] reaching out directly to individuals who have been exposed,” said the IHA statement.
It is asking people to call their primary care provider or the closest Interior Health community testing and assessment centre if they need to get tested.
People can take the COVID-19 self assessment test here, while you’ll find information on COVID-19 public exposures in the Interior Health Authority here.
