Another real estate price record set in Kamloops.
A single-family home sold for more than $564,000 in September, on average. That smashes the single-family-home price record set just in August, of $545,238.
Including all housing types, the average Kamloops property sold for $524,983 last month.
And including surrounding communities, the average property within the Kamloops and District Real Estate Association sold for $493,597.
And KADREA president Wendy Runge says this is a fourth-straight monthly record for the number of housing units sold in the region.
“Real estate sales numbers for last month have once again shown us that the impact of the pandemic on the market has been more positive than originally predicted.”
