Interior Health says there has been a potential exposure to COVID-19 at Kamloops School of the Arts.
It says the exposure happened on four days last week – Dec. 7 though to Dec. 10, but its unclear if it is connected to students, teachers, or staff.
Interior Health says it will contact parents and guardians of students who are considered to be at risk and ask them to self-isolate.
This is the only active exposure across School District 73 compared to 19 such exposure events in Kelowna area schools.
Overall, it is the third school exposure in SD73 since the pandemic began, following earlier exposures at NorKam Secondary and Westsyde Secondary.
