An exposure of COVID-19 has been reported at Rayleigh Elementary.

According to Interior Health, the risk of exposure was on Dec. 17 and 18, the last two days before Christmas break.

It’s not clear exactly how many cases have been reported at the school. Anyone at direct risk of exposure would’ve been called by contact tracers and told to self-isolate.

This is the only active COVID-19 exposure at a school within the Kamloops-Thompson School District.
