Kamloops RCMP say a 26-year-old man who was wanted on warrants out of Prince George is back in police custody.

Const. Crystal Evelyn says Sam Anthony Rossetti was spotted by police on the 1900-block of Tranquille Road yesterday, Dec. 20 – near the Brock Shopping Centre – an area he is known to frequent.

“He was located and arrested on Southill Street without incident,” Evelyn said

Rosetti was wanted for breaching a release order, for break and enter, and for assault with a weapon.

Evelyn says Rosetti is awaiting a court appearance that is scheduled for later today.
