Grew up in Calgary, Karla Pearce and came to Kamloops after a stint in the Kootenays.
She describes herself as a visual artist, who taught art to school children for a number of years.
Karla feels her biggest virtue is inclusiveness, saying she expects to stand up for children, teachers and parents if she’s elected to the Kamloops-Thompson School Board.
