Logan Hammett made it a one goal game midway through the third period before goals from Seminoff and Brandwood put the game out of Brandon’s reach.
Dylan Ernst made 31 saves to earn his fourth win of the season, while backup Michael Schnattinger made one save during his 94 second cameo in the third period while Ernst dealt with an equipment issue.
Carson Bjarnson made 40 saves in a losing effort.
Next up for Kamloops is a showdown with the Winnipeg Ice this Friday night, Oct. 21, for a 7 p.m. game. The Ice are the top-ranked team in the CHL, while the Blazers have dropped a couple spots to number seven.
