A grim situation at a gas station on the Kamloops north shore Wednesday morning.
RCMP say a person is dead, after they they were apparently pinned to a wall by a vehicle at the Canco gas station and convenience store in the 200-block of Tranquille.

Mounties say the incident happened around 4:30 Wednesday morning, with police saying the victim was declared dead at the scene shortly after they arrived.
“The driver remained on scene and is cooperating with investigators,” said the RCMP, which noted investigators are expected to be on-scene through Wednesday morning.
The circumstances which led to the incident have not been made clear.
Few details about the victim are being released at this time as well.
A separate investigation is also being conducted by the BC Coroner’s Service, with Kamloops RCMP asking anyone with dash cam footage or other relevant information connected to the incident to come forward.
