UPDATE: Kamloops RCMP say the man they had issued a missing person’s bulletin for has now been located.
ORIGINAL STORY: The Kamloops RCMP Detachment is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing man.
56 year old Garth Killips was last seen walking northward on 3rd Avenue around 11 a.m. on Tuesday, December 19th.
“Mr. Killips requires medication and we are concerned for his wellbeing,” said Corporal Crystal Evelyn, Kamloops RCMP spokesperson. “If you see him, please do not approach, and instead contact police.”
He was last seen wearing a dark grey puffy coat with a green sweater underneath, blue jeans, black boots, and a dark camouflage backpack with a Canadian flag on the back.
Anyone who has seen Mr. Killips or has information on his whereabouts is asked to please contact the Kamloops RCMP Detachment.
