The province wants to hear your opinion on the highways and road services throughout BC.
This is the 16th year the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure has done the Customer Satisfaction Survey to see what you think of a number of issues.
Russell Lolacher, Director of Web and Social Media Services says there is one topic that stands out. “I think the top of mind one is certainly the maintenance contractors and their work in clearing our highways, whether is during the summer or the winter.”
And how does the Ministry use the information? “We’re renewing a lot of the contracts now across the districts of the province and the customer satisfaction survey was certainly one of the fuels of the renegotiation and upgrade of that contract.”
Lolacher says the survey takes about 10 minutes to complete.
You can take part until September 3rd, just go to the Drive BC website.
