Interior Health says the exposure happened on four days last week, June 1 to 4. Its not yet clear how many people are impacted at this time.
As has been the case, students and staff who may have been in direct contact with the person who tested positive for COVID-19 are being contacted by health and school officials with further instructions.
If you’ve not been contacted, health officials say it is still safe for your children to go to school as normal.
There are no active COVID exposures in Kamloops as of publishing, but there are eight in the Kelowna area and five in Vernon.
If you have questions or concerns about COVID-19, you’re also asked to contact 811.
