Ray Dhaliwal is looking to regain a seat around the council table after serving as a Kamloops city councillor from 2017 to 2018 after winning a seat in a by-election.
This time around, the small business owner is running for mayor saying his main priority will be tackling spending.
He says he’s stepped back into politics because he does not like what he see in City Hall, pointing to a lack of accountability, fiscal responsibility, and transparency.
