Kelly Hall first moved to Kamloops in 1983 and fell in love with the city.
Kelly has worked in and around local media for more than 30 years and believes he has a strong sense of community and an understanding of what matters to those who call Kamloops home.
“This is a great community with many activities that appeal to an outdoor enthusiast like myself.”
This will be Hall’s first attempt at nabbing a council chair.
